Tell your secrets to Patch...

Patch the Nightline bear is very good at listening! Post your secret here and we’ll put up the ones we get. This is completely anonymous – we won’t know anything about you except what you say in post.

Please have a look at the ones we have already received, below. You can either
a) submit a message, and we will make it into an image for you
b) send an image and a message, and we will put the two together for you
c) send an image directly with the message on

The views expressed on this page are not the views held by Nottingham Nightline. These Post-Secrets are submitted anonymously and some may be highly emotional or upsetting. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any issues which may arise.
